A chieftain of the Nigerian organized private sector, Chief Sony Iroche has reacted to the victory of  United States democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden in the hotly contested United States presidential election.

Iroche, a banking executive and a player in the Nigerian power sector  took to his twitter handle and said, “As most Nigerians are excited & celebrating the victory of Biden-Harris ticket over Trump. I join millions of people of goodwill the world over to say, congrats.”

Iroche who writes occasionally for The New Diplomat added: “How will this shape Nigeria-US relations? Will the new govt now endorse Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala’s job as the DG of WTO?”
