In the guise of #EndSARS protest, hoodlums on Monday broke into prison in Benin City, Edo state capital, setting inmates free there.

Many of the inmates were seen scaling the prison’s perimeter fencing along Sapele road in Benin City in a video circulating on the social media.Prison Break In Benin

On Sunday evening, the hoodlums had taken over the struggle and mounted barricades in several parts of the city, extorting motorists and road users, leading to a suspension of the protest by the genuine #EndSARS protesters.
