Helicopter Crash: Aircraft Not Fitted With Black Box, Says AIB

AIB is the body that investigates of all aviation-related accidents and incidents in Nigeria. Investigation has however started without the black box (Flight Data Recorder) .

The three member of the crew member of the crew aboard the aircraft operated by Quorum Aviation are Captain Chika Prudence Ernest and Engineer onboard, Clement Ndiok and the third member whose name is yet to be disclosed.

The helicopter was enroute Port-Harcourt to Lagos when it crashed into a building in Opebi area of Ikeja, Lagos leaving two members of its crew dead and one severely injured.
