Nigerian singer and former member of popular music group, P Square, Peter Okoye has revealed that he and his family tested positive for Covid-19.

According to him, he’d been sick for the past 3 weeks and kept it to himself.Covid-19

“I had Covid-19 for about three weeks… it wasn’t just me…even two of my domestic staff and after a week, my daughter caught the virus as well. The reason I’m out saying this is to encourage people to continue social distancing…,” he said in a video posted on his Instagram page.

As of Friday, Nigeria has confirmed 23,298 cases of the rampaging Covid-19.
