The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Tuesday said Nigeria recorded 146 new cases of COVID-19 in the country, bringing the total number of infections to 4,787.
The agency made the announcement via its official verified Twitter handle on Tuesday.
The number of fatalities increased from 150 to 158, while recoveries increased from 902 to 959.
Kogi and Cross River maintained their status as the states in the country that are yet to record any case.
Giving a breakdown of the cases, Lagos, Kano, and Kwara occupied the top three positions with 57, 27, and 10 cases respectively.
