After adding 17 new cases Friday, the number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in Nigeria has now crossed the 300 mark.

In the figures declared by the NCDC on its twitter handle on Friday night, Lagos recorded eight new cases, Katsina, three cases and the Federal Capital Territory recording two cases.

Also, two new states have joined the league of Coronavirus infection. They are Niger and Anambra States, with one case each.Coronavirus

Kaduna and Ondo States have one new case apiece bringing the total number of cases in the country to 305.

“As at 09:30 pm, 10th April, there are 305 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. 58 have been discharged with 7 deaths,” NCDC said.
