After days of tension-soaking news, the announcement Thursday, by the Lagos state government that the state is ready to discharge six of the Coronavirus infected patients is something that will continue to keep hope alive as the country navigates through the pandemic.
Relating the development, the Special Assistant to the Lagos state Governor on Health, Dr. Tunde Ajayi said Lagos will soon discharge six patients from the 30 active cases of coronavirus (as of the time of this report) in Lagos to reunite with their families as they have recovered from the virus.
According to the the Special Assistant on Health to Lagos Governor the success will bring total recovered patient to eight.
It would be recalled that the total confirmed cases of coronavirus in Lagos is 32 while two patients had already recovered with 30 currently active cases.
