In furtherance of his resolve to help Nigeria achieve incremental power, Proton Energy Limited has paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of State for Power, Mr. Goddy Jedy-Agba.

During the recent visit to the minister, CEO,and Executive Vice-Chairman Proton Energy, Mr. Oti Ikomi, was able to bring the power ministry up to speed on some of the mega power projects embarked upon by his energy company as part of contributions towards addressing Nigeria’s energy shortfalls.

To strengthen the jading National Grid in the country, it would be recalled that Proton Energy has undertaken the construction of a 150 megawatts power project in Sapele, Delta State.

The power plants which will be powered by gas was in support of the Presidential Power Initiative.
