- Says, 260 Road Projects completed

The Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, has disclosed that President Bola Tinubu’s administration has invested a total of N2.2 trillion in infrastructure development.
The Minister also disclosed that the administration of Tinubu has completed 260 road projects across the country.
Umahi made this known while addressing journalists at a ministerial press briefing.
According to him, Tinubu is the “Roadmaster” and a “Man of Uncommon Courage” for his commitment to infrastructure development.
Umahi described the infrastructure push as a cornerstone of Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at fostering economic stability and improving quality of life.
The Minister also disclosed that the President is set to commission some of these projects in May 2025 to mark his second anniversary in office.
Umahi asserted: “In just two years, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration has completed 260 palliative road projects nationwide, costing N208 billion.
“Beyond this, 29 major infrastructure projects, totalling over N2 trillion, have been undertaken, demonstrating an unparalleled dedication to revitalizing our national infrastructure…”
“The sheer number of ongoing road infrastructure projects – 440 across the country – is a testament to Mr President’s vision and his unwavering resolve to connect our communities and boost economic activities,” he stated further.
Umahi also revealed that four significant “Legacy Projects” are currently underway, with Tinubu personally expected to commission some of these projects as part of his second-anniversary celebrations in May 2025.
