It appears the southwest geopolitical zone of Nigeria has produced another serving state governor who loves dancing.

This is as Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State was seen showing his dancing skills at an event held in the state over the weekend.

In a captivating display of dancing skills similar to those of Osun State’s Governor Ademola Adeleke, popularly known as the “dancing governor,” Aiyedatiwa recently captured the attention of many in a viral video.

In the footage, he was seen swaying to the enchanting melodies of traditional religious music that echo the rich cultural heritage of his Ikale land in Ondo State.

His movements were fluid and graceful, every step resonating with the rhythms that pulsed through the air.

The New Diplomat reports that Aiyedatiwa recently won the Ondo State governorship election, defeating Ayoola Ajayi of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who came a distant second in the election.

He served as the Deputy governor during the administration of the late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu. He became governor after Akeredolu succumbed to the cold hands of death.
