Director General (DG) of the Nigerian Technical Aid Corps (NTAC), Rt.Hon.Yusuf Buba Yakub has joined millions of other Nigerian Muslim faithful to celebrate 2024’s Eid-el Maulud.

Yakub, in a goodwill message issued by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Nkem Anyata-Lafia described the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) as a gift to mankind.

He also admonished all to use this opportunity of Prophet Mohammed’s birthday to offer prayers for a more prosperous and peaceful Nigeria.

The NTAC Boss also emphasised the importance of embodying the virtues of selflessness, tolerance, peace, love, and fairness, as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad

Buba urged the entire Muslim Ummah to avail themselves of today’s celebration of the Holy feast of Eid-El-Maulud to renew their commitment to the lessons the Holy Prophet taught and espoused during his stay on earth. He said, by so doing, the essence of the celebration of the Holy Prophet’s birth will not be lost on the faithful.

While praying for a successful and uneventful celebration, he said: “We will never lack the reasons to celebrate in our lives.”
