President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Monday, August 19, 2024, embark on a foreign trip to France.

This was made known in a terse statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

Ngelale, in the statement, revealed that the President is visiting France on a brief work stay.

The New Diplomat reports that this is not the first that Tinubu would have travelled to France since he assumed office.

So far, President Tinubu has been to Equatorial Guinea, London, the United Kingdom (twice); Bissau, Guinea-Bissau (twice); Nairobi, Kenya; Porto Norvo, Benin Republic; Pretoria, South Africa; Accra, Ghana; New Delhi, India; Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates; New York, (the United States of America); Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (twice); Berlin, Germany; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Dakar, Senegal and Doha, Qatar, respectively.
