Details Emerge As David’s Father Donates N1 Billion to A Church In Lagos

Nigerian business mogul and billionaire businessman, Dr. Adedeji Adeleke has donated a whooping N1 billion to the the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) Church in Lagos State.

Adeleke, the father of Popular Nigerian musician David Adeleke, also known as Davido, made this donation during a thanksgiving service held at the church’s headquarters in Lagos on Sunday.

Adeleke, in a short address, presented the donation to the Centenary Endowment Fund on behalf of his late mother, saying: “On behalf of our late mother, senior mother in Israel, late Mrs Esther Adeleke, we want to contribute to the endowment fund, Centenary Endowment Fund. We are contributing the sum of N1 billion.”

Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, who was among the dignitaries at the occasion, smiled as he commended the head of the Adeleke dynasty for the gesture.

Also, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State also graced the occasion.
