Some details have emerged as to how a former Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of Konga, Nick Imudia, committed suicide in Lagos, Nigeria.

According to information emerging on Thursday, Imudia committed suicide at his residence in highbrow Lekki area of Lagos State.

Imudia, who until his death was also the CEO of D.light, a leading innovator in the distribution and financing of residential solar energy solutions and transformational household products, was said to have reportedly jumped from the balcony of his Lekki, Lagos apartment on Tuesday, June 25 in a well planned plot, that ended his life, sending his family into massive mourning.

A source privy to the matter said Imudia had called his United States based brother to give him directive on how to distribute his wealth before he reportedly committed suicide.

While the development came as a rude shock to many, another source hinted that Imudia who hailed from the Ika South local government area of Delta State, reportedly had some marital issues, which have had a troubling toll on his life and career. But curiously, not many thought he would contemplate committing suicide.

Before Konga, Imudia had worked variously with TCL/Alcatel as a regional director and Microsoft Device and Services as the GM/MD for West and Central Africa, respectively.
