After one week of the suspension of its wet lease aircraft, United Nigeria Airlines has announced the lifting of the action by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA.

The Airline in a statement disclosed that they are pleased to announce the lifting of the suspension placed on their Part G operations specifications which affected one of their aircraft. It says airline safety is at the core of United Nigeria Airlines values and it is committed to passenger safety and apologised to passengers for the inconvenience the suspension caused them.

NCAA had last week suspended wet lease aircraft operated by United Nigeria Airlines for diversion of a fleet scheduled to fly to Abuja, but landed in Asaba, Delta State, South-South Nigeria.
