Four passengers of an unidentified helicopter have been rescued after it lost control and crashed into a building and burst into flames in the Ikeja axis of Lagos State, Nigeria.
The incident occurred opposite AP filling station, close to a branch of the United Bank for Africa in Oba Akran.
Details of what led to the crash were sketchy as at the time of filling this report.
According to the National Emergency Management Agency, the operator of the helicopter is not known yet.
“There were two white men and two black men on board. Three craters on the spot were created by impacts on the ground,” Ibrahim Farinloye of NEMA said.
