Many electorate in Lagos are currently experiencing delay in casting their votes in the ongoing presidential election as officials of the Independent 0 Electoral Commission (INEC), are yet to arrive in most polling units across the state.

It was gathered that INEC officials are yet to arrive at polling unit of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as of press time.

Voters at the Polling Units 085, Ward 3, Sunday Adigun, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos State, have been on queue with no official to attend to them.

Similarly, The New Diplomat gathered that several other polling units in the state have not received their election materials yet.

Also at polling unit 034, Ward 1, Santos Layout, Alimosho local government voting commenced late at 09:50 am as many voters were left disgruntled.
