His Highness, Amb. Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, the Emir of Zazzau and the immediate past Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand has paid a courtesy call on His Excellency, Amb. Oma Djebah, Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand.

The courtesy visit by the revered monarch to his successor, Amb. Djebah took place at the weekend as he was received at the Embassy of Nigeria, Bangkok, Thailand.

Among high profile figures on His Highness delegation were the serving Nigerian Ambassador to Egypt, H.E. Ambassador Nura Rimi and the Nigerian Ambassador to Qatar, H.E. Ambassador Yakubu Ahmed.

Other members of his royal entourage who travelled with him were also received alongside the Emir of Zazzau at the Embassy with fun and colour.

Amb. Bamalli was appointed as the Emir of Zazzau (Zaria) by Governor  Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State on 7 October 2020. Until his appointment he was the Envoy of Nigeria to the Kingdom of Thailand.
