2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, (LP), Peter Obi and the executive Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, met on Thursday at St Patrick Cathedral, Awka, Anambra.

The duo who met at the thanksgiving mass of Most Rev. Bishop Ezeokafor’s 70th birthday, were seen embracing each other, while they exchanged pleasantry.

It would be recalled that Soludo in a recent article titled: “History Beckons And I Will Not Be Silent, had declared Peter Obi will not win the 2023 presidential election, suggesting his candidacy would pull votes away from the PDP and pave way for the All Progressives Congress, (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

However, Soludo’s submission drew a lot of criticism from the Obedients and others who flayed the Anambra Governor for his utterances against the Labour Party presidential candidate.
