The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has recorded 113 convictions in six months from its operations nationwide.
EFCC acting Chairman, Ibrahim Magu disclosed this today, June 30, 2017, to a cross – section of civil society groups and professionals at an interactive meeting in Lagos.
According to Magu, “we all have a stake in this struggle and the peaceful co-existence of this nation. Corruption is the greatest threat today to our nationhood and development”

“Despite known challenges that we face, the Commission has between January and today recorded 113 convictions across the zonal offices in the country.

“This was made possible by contributions and support we enjoy from people like you.
“We will not fail to bring to book those who have corruptly stolen our commonwealth and thereafter plan to destabilize the anti-corruption initiatives.
