Former Nigerian President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, is holding a closed-door meeting with Chieftains of the country’s main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The delegation is led by the party’s national chairman, Iyorchia Ayu. The delegation includes the Deputy National Chairman of PDP (South), Taofeek Arapaja; former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi; former Governor of Jigawa, Sule Lamido; former governor of Ondo, Olusegun Mimiko; former Governor of Cross River, Liyel Imoke and Donald Duke, who is also a former Governor of Cross River State, among others.

The delegation arrived at the Pent House residence of the former President located within his Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta, around 12:25pm on Saturday.
