The Nigeria Police Force (NPF), on  Thursday has apprehended one fake Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP), Lawrence Ajojo, alongside 14 suspects said to have invaded the residence of Supreme Court Justice, Mary Odili’s House in Maitama, Abuja.

The 15 suspects were paraded on Thursday at the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Area 10, Garki, Abuja.

Speaking, the Force Public Relations Officer, Mr. Frank Mba, said the suspects involved in the criminal acts stormed the Justice’s residence under the guise of being practitioners in the media and legal sectors as well as the military.

He also added that the suspects raided the residence of Odili following information that she was in custody of a large sum of money.

The Police spokesman, who paraded the suspects, said seven of them, including two soldiers are at large.

He vowed that all suspects at large would be apprehended.

Recall that some impostors had invaded the residence of Odili on October 29. The impostors had claimed to have gotten a valid court order from an Abuja Chief Magistrate Court, to search the house of the second most senior jurist of the apex court.

However, since the raid, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, the NPF had denied any involvement in the raid.
