Kelechi Iheanacho has continued his goal scoring run as he netted in Leicester City’s 3-0 home win against relegation-threatened West Bromwich Albion in Thursday’s Premier League tie to boost their top-four ambitions.

Iheanacho’s compatriot, Wilfred Ndidi, saw action for 90 minutes while Semi Ajayi was brought on for the Baggies before the start of the second half.

The in-form striker got on the score sheet in the 36th minute to put Leicester 3-0 ahead after he was set up by Jamie Vardy.

He has now scored 11 goals in his last eight games in all competitions for Leicester.

Also, he has taken his tally to 16 goals in 32 appearances in all competitions so far in this campaign.

Vardy had opened the scoring on the 23rd minute before Johnny Evans doubled their lead in the 26th.

The win saw Leicester maintain third position on 59 points and are four points ahead of fourth-placed Chelsea with six games left to play.
