the-pinnacle-04AFTER one and half years of kick-starting a residential scheme in the heart of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, construction activities are nearing completion, as the developer, UACN Property Development Company (UPDC) Plc, has increased pace of works to deliver its classic residential project, known as Pinnacle Estate.
