As the venue of UPU in Mosogar was condoned off by the Police and other security agents, the scheduled election of UPU could not hold there. But Joe Omene, the former PG who is seeking for election as PG, has moved the election to his home in Mosogar citing security reason for his action.
The New Diplomat gathered that the UPU constitution empowers the former exco PG to move the election to any venue he feels safe.
