Two hundred and sixty five Nigerians on Wednesday night arrived the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, via an Emirate Airline.

The aircraft conveying the passengers from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) touched down at the airport at 7.40 p.m.

A Nigerian lady, Mrs. Kafayat Amusan was delivered of a baby. However, she had complications during the child labour onboard, which resulted in the plane returning back to base in Dubai after take off for her to be admitted at a Hospital, in Dubai.

According to the statement made available by the Head, Media and Public Relations, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission Abdul-Rahman Balogun said that Mrs. Kafayat Amusan delivered a baby boy onboard Emirates airline departing to Lagos on Wednesday.

The returnees are to be quarantined for 14 days in a government facility and possibly tested for COVID-19 infection before reuniting with families.
