On Friday night, news came out that r&b star Usher is being sued for $10 million. Sources reported that the anonymous female plaintiff is claiming Usher inflicted negligence, battery and emotional distress by having sex with her without saying that he has Herpes Simplex 2.

The woman found out about the STD from news reports this week about another lawsuit against the singer. This first suit, which was settled back in 2012 but first reported earlier this week, accused Usher of infecting a sexual partner with herpes. According to legal documents posted by Radar Online, he settled that case for $1.1 million.

When news of that settlement—and of the attendant medical facts—came out, this woman, who claims she had sex with Usher twice this past April (once unprotected), became worried that she was “exposed” to herpes. The 38-year-old does not know if she was infected, but is saying that she would not have had sex if she had known about the singer’s status. She is seeking a minimum of $10 million in court.
