Sambo Dasuki, has been transferred into the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). A source told a SaharaReporters correspondent that Mr. Dasuki will be interrogated for his role in the $2.1 billion arms contract scandal.

Former members of his staff in the Office of the National Security Adviser, and AIT Chairman Raymond Dokpesi were arrested this week all in relation to this arms contract scandal.
